DP World and APM Terminals have formed a strategic partnership at Saudi Arabia’s Jeddah Islamic Port, with APM acquiring a 37.5% stake in the Southern Container Terminal. The move strengthens both operators’ positions at a key Red Sea gateway linking Asia, Europe, and Africa, while reinforcing Jeddah’s role in regional trade and integrated logistics.
