GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — The high school football season is moving quickly as we head into Week 4 and another set of conference games involving six unbeaten teams.

Here’s a look at the three games we will be spotlighting for Football Frenzy.

CEDAR SPRINGS RED HAWKS (3-0) AT KENOWA HILLS KNIGHTS (3-0)

Friday, 7 p.m.

Three teams are currently unbeaten in the River Cities Alliance and two of them will square off Friday.

Kenowa Hills has been the surprise of the early season and is 3-0 for the first time since 1992 behind the play of junior quarterback Grayson Fellows and a talented core of playmakers.

The Knights upset Forest Hills Northern in the opener before wins against Paw Paw and Allendale.

Kenowa Hills went 6-4 last season and made the postseason for the first time since 2014, ending a skid of nine straight losing seasons.

Cedar Springs has won its first three games by double-digits and is 3-0 for the second year in a row.

The Red Hawks have outscored their opponents 118-48.

ZEELAND EAST CHIX (3-0) VS UNITY CHRISTIAN CRUSADERS (3-0) at GRANDVILLE HS

Friday, 7 p.m

The O-K Gold opener pits two teams with title aspirations in what is expected to be a competitive conference race.

Zeeland East is perfect through the first three weeks for the second time in the last three years, while Unity Christian has won 12 consecutive regular-season games.

The Crusaders enjoyed a perfect regular season before losing to South Christian in a Division 4 district final.

Zeeland East is looking to avenge last year’s 56-14 loss to Unity.

NORTHVIEW WILDCATS (3-0) AT HOLLAND CHRISTIAN MAROONS (3-0)

Friday, 7 p.m.

After each team won their respective three nonconference games, conference play begins in the O-K Black.

Northview is the defending conference champs after going undefeated in conference play a year ago.

The Wildcats, who have won 12 of their last 13 games dating back to last year, have outscored their opponents 104-42, while the Maroons have registered 107 points in their wins.

The Maroons went 6-4 last year, qualifying for the playoffs for the first time since 2018.

Northview defeated Holland Christian 35-20 last year.
