WAVERLY TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Troopers are asking the public for help finding an 83-year-old woman who was reported missing Tuesday.

Daisy Hoffman was last seen around 1 p.m. leaving a home on 35th Street north of 44th Avenue in Waverly Township north of Paw Paw. She was headed east, according to Michigan State Police. She stands 4 feet, 11 inches and weighs about 125 pounds, according to police. She has blue eyes, gray hair and was last seen wearing shorts, a pink fluffy robe and black slippers with a gray bow on top, MSP said.

Police say Hoffman has dementia and may be confused about her location and circumstances. She also may not be able to say her name, they said.
